Dear South of France Spa Naturals Customers,

Thank you for filling out the request form for a free sample of our Spa Naturals skincare line. Unfortunately (and unexpectedly!) our offer was picked up by FreeSnatcher.com last night without first having obtained our permission. This resulted in an absolutely overwhelming customer response numbering in the tens of thousands that we were not prepared for - in fact, the offer generated so many responses that our survey form and program were shut down by Google less than twelve hours after freesnatcher.com posted the offer!

While we would like to honor as many of these sample requests as possible, we only have 10,000 samples to send out of our new skincare line. Once we have sorted through all of the requests we will be sending these samples out as fast as we can, picking the first 10,000 people who responded. We hope to get all samples out within 8-10 weeks, if not sooner.

We really apologize for the inconvenience and would like to offer fans of FreeSnatcher.com some other opportunities to try our products. We know it is a far cry from free samples, but we have attached some coupons to this letter for our South of France twin pack bar soaps sold nationally at Rite Aid and in the south at Kerr Drug, and a $5.00 off coupon for any purchase on our Good Health Natural Foods, South of France and Spa Naturals websites. In addition, if you become a follower of our Skincare Blog. Become a follower in the next 24 hours; we'll pick 30 followers (at random) at 5 p.m. EST on Friday, May 21, 2010 to receive a free, full Spa Naturals kit (a $53 value).     Well, I am NOT here from freensnatcher.com, whatever that is an will be totally bummed out, if this company will be the cause of doing a promo...that will not allow those of us who wanted to try this prom. I am seeing this more and more, companies that do these things without permission...tisk.
    Hope, I get my sample as we don't have the two drugs stores here in South Florida...but, when I go to NC every year I do get Spa Naturals at Rite Aid...thanks for hearing me out. :)

    I am here from Freesnatcher. I passed this on my own thrifty living blog, The Screaming Penny (screamingpenny.blogspot.com). My 200+ fans will be disappointed (I know I'm small potatoes compared to Freesnatcher and other larger blogs). This promo was a big hit yesterday on my blog as well.

    I am not here because of freesnatch.com. I got a coupon from my daughter and I wanted to try product first before I spent money on a product I might not like, so I googled the site and saw you were giving free samples, so quite naturally I signed up for one.

    Thanks for the email though. More than likely I would have forgotten about it anyway.

    I live on MCAS Cherry Pt, NC. I believe that the only place that I can get your products is at the Whole Foods in Raleigh over 2 hrs away! I also am a bit confused abt what went on, but nonetheless, I hope I can score the kit. Thanks!
